What this service does

Email Organizer connects to the Gmail account you choose and reads incoming messages so it can apply labels that sort your inbox into categories, on the schedule you select. It does not send, delete, or reply to email on your behalf.

How we use Google account access

When you sign in with Google, you grant Email Organizer the gmail.modify permission. In plain terms, this lets the service read the content of your emails and add, remove, or change labels on them. It does not include permission to send email, change your account settings, or access anything outside Gmail.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to organizing your inbox.

How email content is handled

To decide which label an email should get, the content of that email is sent to an AI provider for classification only. The AI provider does not store, train on, or retain that content after the classification is complete.

How we protect your access

We never see or store your Google password. The access token Google issues to us is encrypted at rest, and is only used to perform the labeling actions described above.

Data retention and control

You can revoke Email Organizer's access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you'd like your profile and stored connection deleted from our systems entirely, contact us and we'll remove it.
